DOUGH SHOULD BE STICK TO TOUCH.) 3. TURN DOUGH OUT ONTO FLOURED SURFACE AND KNEAD LIGHTLY. 4. ROLL OUT TO 1/2 INCH THICKNESS. FLOUR ROLLING PIN AND ROLL FROM THE MIDDLE OUTWARD USING LIGHT PRESSURE.
