Basic Preparation:

POUR 1 GALLON COLD MILK INTO A 12 OR 20 QUART MIXING BOWL. ADD PACKAGE CONTENTS. BLEND FOR 15 SECONDS ON LOW SPEED TO MOISTEN PRODUCT. BLEND AT MEDIUM SPEED FOR 1-2 MINUTES UNTIL PUDDING IS SMOOTH AND CREAMY. POUR INTO PANS OR INDIVIDUAL SERVING DISHES. LET STAND 15 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING OR CHILL.
