Roland Sherry Cooking Wine 1 Gal 4/Case

This cooking wine is produced by the natural fermentation of juice from grapes which is brought about with wine yeast. The wine is then fortified with grain neutral spirits to bring the alcohol content up to 17 percent higher than can otherwise be achieved. Full in flavor it is ideal to use for sauces and marinades and can also be used to deglaze pans.
