Roland Aged Balsamic Vinegar 5 Ltr 2/Case

This is a fine aged vinegar from Modena Italy. The must from the Trebbiano grape is boiled to sterilize and concentrate the sugar which imparts an intense sweet tart flavor heady fragrance and a rich dark color. Sprinkle it over warm and cold vegetables or fruit and use it for marinades and salad dressings.
